Sunday 15th January 2012
The 75th Sidcup Sixty Trial, at Canada Heights, this year was sponsored by FREESTYLE, of Mark Cross, East Sussex.
Start 9:30am
Spectator admission was free, free parking, there was a catering van and toilets.
As a small trials club we are always on the look out for helpers plotting the sections (Saturday beforehand) and Obsevers - give us a shout.

Thank You
Just a quick note from the event organising team to say a real big thank you to the gallant band of observers who braved the frost and the wind (especially in the back field). We were blessed with good weather and a great turn out of observers and assistance in plotting the course - this hopefully made it a smoother event. Our event sponsors - Freestyle - turned up trumphs once again making the site look the part and rewarding our observers with goody bags. Thanks to those who donated observers raffle prizes including Watling Tyres Swanley and RaceFX. We hope we got the challenge right for each class and re-mastered the art of "non-stop". A final thank you to Gravesend Eagles MCC who lent us some white cards. We look forward to seeing you all again next year.

In case you were wondering the event was first run in 1931, and in those days the bikes were road legal and went between sections on road, and you guessed it - it was 60 miles long. |
