Wow - how did we get such good weather after the mud bath that was the Early Birds?

With all classes full, despite this being for most the second day of ridding (after Horsham's meeting at Winterpick farm), there was excellent racing across all the classes and the crowd really came out in the Easter sunshine. In the Experts, Ben Taylor on the 250cc two stroke Suzuki battled the rest of the field, lead by Ben Lambert Williams and David Willet, in some very impressive racing. The new 125 (aka MX2) class for Juniors was equally full and competitive. Junior A saw top schoolboy, just turned adult - Darren Couts - blitz to victory. Junior B saw Colin Philpot the famous sidecar driver showing he doesn't need 3 wheels to do well. Junior C saw Mick Powell battle Paul Bradshaw all day. Just a quick note to say thanks to al who helped, and I'll add more when I remember the names from reading the results!!!
