We're very proud to announce that Edna May Worrall of the St John's Ambulance has received an MBE for "services to St Johns Ambulance, Kent".
John Powell wrote this tribute: "I first met Edna in the early 90s as a schoolboy moto cross safety officer enlisting Edna & crew, I have seen her work in some dire conditions (we used to run all winter). She is the most deserving recipient of the MBE I can think of. Sidcup is fortunate indeed to have the services of Edna & I hope all club members will say well done when they see her"
